Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
Maintain general ledger accuracy and reconcile balance-sheet/control accounts
Manage project and contract accounting (revenue, costs, retentions, subcontractor balances)
Oversee payables and receivables, invoicing, and collections
Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and support audits, VAT/Zakat requirements
Support cash flow and working capital reporting
Drive process improvements and ERP system usage
Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team
Ensure HSE compliance within the Finance function
