Chief Accountant

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting a Chief Accountant. Our client is a very well established shipping company located in Dubai.

Role Description

The candidate will be responsbible for end to end accounts management. This will include

• Completion of all accounting entries
• Month end Entries
• All necessary Reconciliations
• Preparation of financial statements
• Coordination with Consultants for Tax compliances

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including preparation of financial statements, general ledger management, and reconciliation of accounts.
• CA qualification else should have minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Tally experience
• Experience in shipping industry will be a strong plus
