We are seeking a seasoned Chief Accountant to join our finance leadership team. This is a key role in a fast-growing, dynamic organization that spans multi-branch retail and food production operations. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the food and beverage sector, with deep expertise in ERP systems, food costing, and inventory control.

If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in operationally complex environments and wants to make a real impact, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day accounting operations across all business units and branches.
  • Oversee monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Ensure strict financial control over inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and food costing.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls, reconciliations, and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
  • Manage and optimize the company's ERP accounting system, including reporting and integrations.
  • Work closely with Operations, Production, and Procurement teams to monitor inventory, cost variances, and branch-level profitability.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
  • Supervise and develop a growing accounting team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 35 years in a senior or chief accountant role.
  • Background in multi-branch operations, ideally within the food and beverage or FMCG sector.
  • Proven expertise in food costing, inventory control, and ERP system management (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, SAP, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Excellent command of Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Why Join Us

  • Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment at the intersection of retail, production, and brand development.
  • Be part of a company that values accountability, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Join a mission-driven team passionate about delivering premium chocolate experiences and driving operational excellence.
