We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee all accounting and financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective management of financial resources. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for financial reporting, risk assessment, and adherence to Saudi regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards (SOCPA) and statutory requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring high-quality output.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or senior accounting role managing full accounting functions.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.
- Saudi nationality is preferred.
