Key Responsibilities:

. Manage and supervise daily accounting activities

. Prepare Financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually)

. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

. Handle general ledger, accounts payable, and receivables

. Monitor cash flow and budgeting processes

. Coordinates with external auditors

. Prepare and submits tax returns

. Analyze financial data and provides insights to management

. Improve accounting systems and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

. 5 years of experience in audit firms

. 5-10 years experience in accounting

. Previous experience as Head of Accounting

. Professional certification (CPA CMA ACCA) is a plus

Skills and Competencies:

. Strong knowledge of accounting principles IFRS GAAP

. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

. Leadership and team management

. High attention to detail

. Proficiency in (ERP systems SAP, Oracle, etc.)

, Advanced Excel skills

KPIs key performance indicators:

. Accuracy of financial reports

. Timely closing of accounts

. Compliance with tax deadlines

. Audit results minimal findings

. Cost control and budget variance
