Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Accountant based. In this role, you will oversee financial procedures, maintain ledgers, prepare financial reports, analyze budgets, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing tax filings, supervising accounting teams, and identifying financial discrepancies for resolution. Collaboration with other departments for adherence to financial and operational goals will be a core function of this position.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax management

Strong expertise in ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and compliance with accounting standards

Analytical skills for resolving financial discrepancies and conducting cost analysis

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Experience in accounting software and financial tools

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)

Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams

Knowledge of financial regulations and practices in Kuwait is an advantage
