We are seeking a hands-on Chief Accountant with strong experience in healthcare to lead end-to-end accounting operations. The role requires expertise in financial controls, reporting, compliance, and audit readiness within high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full accounting cycle: GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, and month-end close
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and revenue recognition
- Implement and maintain internal controls and audit readiness
- Manage cash flow, cost controls, and healthcare-specific financial processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Support ERP/finance system optimization and process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in healthcare or hospital accounting/finance
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Professional accounting qualification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
