About the Role:
We are looking for a Chief Analyst to support regulatory and policy initiatives that improve Abu Dhabi's business environment. You will conduct impact assessments, develop KPI frameworks, perform global benchmarking, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze regulatory frameworks and licensing processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to monitor regulatory performance
- Conduct benchmarking against leading global jurisdictions
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Support cross-entity coordination on policy implementation
- Use data analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
What You Bring:
- Experience: 4–6 years in management consulting (Big 4 preferred) with public sector exposure
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business, Finance, or related field
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, project management, and stakeholder coordination
- Mindset: Consulting approach with problem structuring and hypothesis-driven analysis
