AsChief Architectural Consultant (CAC)for FSB Middle East LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you will play a key role in establishing and strengthening our presence in the architectural landscape of the Middle East. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, FSB Middle East, you will act as a vital link between FSB and the regional design community fostering relationships with architects, designers, and project stakeholders, supporting specification processes, and positioning FSB as a trusted partner for premium architectural hardware solutions.

More than just a Job

• Architecture + Design Consultancy. You engage with architects, specifiers, and interior designers to promote our high-end architectural hardware solutions, demonstrating their relevance in both form and function.
• Project Engagement. You identify and support key construction- and design projects across the region, ensuring FSB solutions are specified early and integrated seamlessly.
• Client Relations. You establish strong, trust-based relationships with leading firms, acting as a knowledgeable advisor on materials, finishes, technical standards, and design integration.
• Market Development. You grow presence of FSB by connecting with influential stakeholders in architecture, real estate development, and hospitality design.
• Brand Representation. You embody the design-driven identity of FSB at industry events, trade shows, and through direct engagement with the regional design scene, while serving as the link between the local market and headquarters.
• Marketing & Communications. You collaborate with the corporate marketing team to localize campaigns, develop regional strategies, create bilingual marketing materials, manage digital initiatives, foster media relationships, and conduct market intelligence to ensure consistent brand presence and measurable impact.
• Market Intelligence. You stay ahead of architectural trends, sustainability standards, and regulatory developments and communicate those insights both internally and externally.

• Education. You have a degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Experience. 5 years+ of experience in the architectural-, design-, or building materials industry ideally with exposure to premium products and specifications.
• Design Sensitivity. You speak the language of architects and designers, and understand the nuances of detailing, materiality, and project workflows.
• Cultural Understanding. You are familiar with the Middle Eastern architecture and construction landscape and understand how decisions are made in large-scale projects.
• Language Proficiency. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Self-Motivation. You are proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while staying aligned with the international team.
