Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the UAE for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The CCO will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and operational implementation across all service divisions (charter, sales,management). Key responsibilities include driving business growth sales team recruitment and account management, and managing financial aspects. The CCO will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain the company's reputation for excellence in the private aviation sector.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Proven experience in Aircraft and / or Charter Sales
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• 10 years relevant sales experience.
• Ability to built a successful sales team
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
