Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial growth strategy across GCC and other strategic international markets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in AI, Cybersecurity, cloud computing, digital platforms, and engineering technologies solutions and recommend new initiatives and technological solutions that fit within business strategy.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong strategic relationships with major clients, global technology vendors, public and sector entities.
  • Expand footprint into new customer segments and industries to diversify the revenue base.
  • Lead efforts to secure recognized, high-value projects annually to drive stable and sustainable growth.
  • Promote the corporate image, brand, products, and services actively in the marketplace through customer engagement, thought leadership, events, and strategic communications.
  • Strengthen reputation for innovation, quality delivery, and customer satisfaction across all markets.
  • Build, coach, and retain a high-performance sales and commercial leadership team, including Regional Sales Directors.
  • Drive a high-accountability performance culture that fosters collaboration, integrity, and strategic execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team on strategic planning, and business scalability.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the current competitive landscape and market share data to propose innovative strategies for entering new markets and industries aligned with evolving customer needs.

  • Expertise in AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Oil & Gas digital solutions.
  • Deep network with major technology vendors, strategic partners, and key customer decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and contract negotiation skills.
