A leading prop-tech platform is hiring a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market position across all business lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overall commercial strategy and revenue delivery in Egypt.
  • Lead and grow the sales, customer success, Operations and marketing teams to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Develop scalable go-to-market plans, pricing models, and partnerships.
  • Drive customer retention, upselling, and expansion of our B2B offerings.
  • Strengthen company presence with top developers, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Product & Operations to ensure our solutions meet market needs.
  • Monitor performance, forecast revenue, and optimize processes for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles (preferably in tech, marketplaces, or SaaS).
  • Strong track record in revenue growth, sales leadership, and GTM execution.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales models; experience with subscription-based models is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and experience managing P&Ls.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and operational discipline.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Ability to operate in fast-changing markets and build sustainable long-term strategies.
