About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven
Chief Concierge to lead our concierge team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be a true hotel ambassador with extensive local knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering personalized, memorable service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the concierge and bell team to deliver world-class guest service.
- Oversee daily concierge operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
- Assist guests with reservations, transportation, directions, recommendations, and special requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, service providers, and tourism organizations.
- Handle VIP arrivals, special amenities, and personalized service arrangements.
- Ensure all guest requests are followed through promptly and accurately.
- Monitor departmental performance and implement service improvements.
- Manage lost & found procedures in line with hotel policies.
- Oversee scheduling, team performance, and departmental communication.
- Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum 23 years of experience as Chief Concierge or 5+ years in a luxury hotel front-of-house role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local attractions, services, and cultural offerings.
- Outstanding guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera or similar).
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to handle demanding situations gracefully.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
