Telford Offshore is looking for Chief Electrician for DP3 Accommodation / Construction barge in Qatar.
Rotation: 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off
Joining date: Asap
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in rank on DP DIESEL-ELECTRIC vessels.
- Holding BOSIET / FOET OPITO certificate.
- Holding H2S OPITO certificate.
- Holding DP Maintenance certificate.
Operational Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Heli-admin and Helicopter communications.
- Check that any company or client's electrical / electronic equipment mobilised on board is suitable and compatible to the vessel electrical supplies.
- Check that the above equipment complies with Rules, Regulations and Standards for electric equipment.
- Maintaining a spare part stock for electric / electronic equipment.
- Maintain a detailed log where all maintenance is recorded.
- DP maintenance.
- Planned Maintenance System and follow up.
