Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic leadership and direction for STV Games, ensuring sustainable growth and strong performance in the mobile gaming sector. This part-time, remote role involves defining and communicating the company vision, setting short- and long-term business goals, and overseeing financial, operational, and commercial performance. The CEO will collaborate with leadership and development teams to align product roadmaps with market opportunities, monitor key metrics, and guide decision-making on investments and resource allocation. Responsibilities include building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, supporting fundraising or investor relations as needed, and fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. The CEO will also ensure adherence to ethical standards and compliance with relevant regulations in all business activities.

Qualifications

Strong financial acumen with experience in Finance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Proven background in Operations Management and process optimization within a tech or gaming environment.
Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning for high-growth companies.
Demonstrated success in Sales, business development, and partnership management.
Prior executive or senior leadership experience, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or technology.
Ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams and build an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Familiarity with mobile gaming trends, product monetization models, and international markets is highly beneficial.
