Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall strategy, operations, commercial growth, and financial performance of a leading Facilities Management business in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy and growth plans.
Lead end-to-end FM operations, ensuring high service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Drive business development, key account management, and major contract opportunities.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, profitability, and cost optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead organizational development, talent strategy, and leadership teams.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, HSE standards, and contractual requirements.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's FM portfolio.
Report business performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to the Board.

Requirements

15+ years of relevant experience, with significant leadership experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related services.
Proven track record in managing large-scale FM operations and contracts.
Strong commercial and P&L management experience.
Demonstrated success in business growth, client acquisition, and contract management.
Strong understanding of the Saudi FM market.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
