Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA, Master's Degree in Energy Management, or a related field preferred.
- Professional certifications in Refining Operations, Trading, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, or Corporate Governance are advantageous.
Industry Experience (Mandatory)
- Oil & Gas Industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven executive leadership experience within the Downstream Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong experience across Refining, Marketing, Trading, Distribution, Retail, and Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience leading complex downstream businesses with full P&L accountability and multi-market operations.
Key Requirements
