Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Investment

Reporting To: Owner / Chairman

Role Overview

Lead and manage a diversified investment company with an investment portfolio exceeding SAR 3 billion, covering Public Equities, Private Equity, and Real Estate. The CEO will be responsible for developing the investment strategy, managing the portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring sustainable growth and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall investment and growth strategy.
• Lead investment decisions across public markets, private equity, and real estate.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute high-value investment and acquisition opportunities.
• Oversee the performance, risk, and allocation of a SAR 3B+ investment portfolio.
• Establish and strengthen the company's investment structure, governance, and operating model.
• Build strong relationships with banks, investment institutions, funds, investors, and strategic partners.
• Provide the Owner with regular reporting on portfolio performance, investment opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing investment team.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of relevant experience in investment, banking, private equity, asset management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in establishing or leading investment companies, investment offices, or similar entities.
• Strong and extensive Real Estate investment experience.
• Strong track record across Public Equity and Private Equity investments.
• Significant experience managing large investment portfolios, preferably SAR 3B+.
• Strong financial, investment analysis, valuation, and risk management expertise.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/CFA is preferred.
