Job Description

Our client, a growing real-estate and development group in Saudi Arabia with several operating subsidiaries, is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Job Code L12-001.

Reporting directly to the Chairmen, the CEO will lead the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring effective execution of approved strategies, strong operational performance, and robust corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities (summary)

  • Lead the overall operations of the group and its subsidiaries (Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing and Support Functions).
  • Translate the Board's strategic directions into annual business plans, budgets and KPIs, and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Oversee financial and operational performance, monitor risks and submit regular performance and strategy reports to the Chairmen.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and applicable commercial, investment and regulatory requirements in KSA.
  • Develop, coach and evaluate the executive leadership team and build a strong succession pipeline.
  • Drive operational excellence and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and growth.
  • Represent the group with government entities, regulators, investors and key business partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, MBA or executive master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in executive management, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Solid exposure to operational and financial management within real estate / development / contracting or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, commercial and investment regulations in Saudi Arabia.
