CEO – Midstream Oil & Gas
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, or related discipline).
- MBA, Master's Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field preferred.
- Professional certifications in Asset Integrity, Pipeline Systems, Project Management, Risk Management, or Corporate Governance will be an advantage.
Industry Experience (Mandatory)
- Oil & Gas Industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven executive leadership experience within the Midstream Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong experience managing pipelines, terminals, storage facilities, hydrocarbon transportation networks, and processing assets.
- Experience leading large-scale, asset-intensive energy infrastructure businesses with full P&L responsibility.
Key Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, with significant experience in senior executive leadership roles.(Suggested requirement based on executive level; not specified in the original JD.)
- Strong expertise in asset integrity, operational reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience overseeing major capital investments, infrastructure expansion, and large-scale projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in throughput optimisation, tariffs, transportation agreements, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with Boards, regulators, JV partners, and government entities.
