Our client is building a next-generation infrastructure company focused on modular, containerised AI data centres, designed for high-performance computing and advanced cooling requirements. They are addressing a major gap in the market, where traditional data centres are too slow, too costly, and not fit for modern AI workloads.
Their solution enables significantly faster deployment, lower build costs, and scalable infrastructure designed specifically for the future of AI compute.
They are now looking for a CEO / General Manager to take this business from concept to commercial reality.

More about the client and the role
- Defining and executing the overall company strategy and commercial roadmap
- Taking the business from design and prototype through to full market launch
- Overseeing development of modular, containerised AI data centre infrastructure
- Working with engineering partners on cooling, power, and deployment systems
- Ensuring compliance with global standards and certification requirements
- Securing early customers across AI, enterprise, and compute markets
- Building partnerships across cloud, infrastructure, and government sectors
- Leading fundraising efforts and defining global expansion strategy
- Acting as the public face of the company to investors, partners, and customers
- Building and leading a high-performing team
Who are we looking for
- Experience in AI infrastructure, data centres, HPC, or cloud platforms
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role (CEO, COO, GM, or similar)
- Experience scaling early-stage or high-growth businesses
- Strong understanding of AI workloads and compute demand
- Commercially minded with experience building revenue-generating infrastructure products
- Strong partnership and deal-making capabilities
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments
- A hands-on builder mindset with the ability to bridge technical and commercial functions
Nice to haves
- Engineering or technical background
- Experience with data centre architecture and cooling technologies
- Exposure to modular infrastructure or emerging compute models
- Experience operating in global or Middle East markets
