Chief Financial Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy while maintaining the highest level of company confidentiality and discretion. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and budgeting, managing financial reporting and statements, and developing financial policies aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

The CFO will ensure full regulatory compliance, provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making, and drive financial performance to promote long-term fiscal stability and operational efficiency. Strict adherence to confidentiality standards regarding company financial data and strategic information is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements and reports
• Deep understanding of finance principles and practices with strong analytical skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience working in government or the public sector is an advantage

Compensation

Salary ranges between AED 35,000 45,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
