The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering with the executive team, the CFO will serve as a trusted strategic advisor—shaping financial direction, strengthening the firm's capital position, and driving long-term value creation.

Scope of the Role

• Define and lead the firm's financial strategy and long-range planning
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Manage capital structure, project funding, and banking/investor relationships
• Lead financial modeling and feasibility analysis for development projects
• Ensure robust governance, risk management, and internal controls
• Guide compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards
• Deliver strategic insights to inform board and executive decisions
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership, including senior/C-suite experience
• Strong background in real estate development or a capital-intensive sector
• Deep expertise in real estate finance, capital markets, and project funding
• MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred
• A strategic, discreet, and commercially astute leader
• Proven ability to operate at both board and operational levels
