CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER / FINANCE DIRECTOR: SINGLE FAMILY OFFICE

A DIFC-based Single Family Office seeks an experienced CFO / Finance Director to lead financial control, reporting, treasury, and banking oversight across all DIFC, onshore, and offshore entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial control, consolidation, and group reporting
- Oversee treasury, cash management, liquidity, and banking relationships
- Manage project finance and real-estate cash-flow modelling
- Track private-equity capital calls, distributions, and performance
- Oversee tax planning and cross-border compliance obligations
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
- 7+ years experience in senior finance roles, ideally within a family office, Private Equity / Real Estate asset management
- Strong experience in project finance, real estate, consolidation, and treasury
- High level of discretion and commercial judgement
- Strong technical and modelling capabilities
- European languages such as French or German high advantageous due to nature of work
