Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for leading the company's finance function through a period of significant transformation, governance enhancement, and IPO readiness. This role requires a hands-on executive capable of building institutional finance capabilities while partnering closely with the CEO, shareholders, Board of Directors, external advisors, auditors, investment
banks, and regulatory authorities. This is not a traditional finance leadership role. The successful candidate must be capable of transforming an entrepreneurial organization into an institutional, publicly listed company

Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
• Lead all finance, accounting, treasury, tax, FP&A, and financial control functions.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Develop institutional budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Drive financial discipline across the organization.
IPO Readiness
• Lead all finance workstreams required for IPO preparation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and financial advisors.
• Support due diligence processes.
• Prepare historical financial information required for listing.
• Establish governance structures expected of a listed company.
• Develop investor-grade financial reporting.
Business Performance
• Develop KPI dashboards for executive management.
• Improve profitability analysis by channel, product, geography, and customer.
• Drive margin improvement initiatives.
• Improve inventory management and working capital performance.
• Support pricing and commercial decision-making through financial analytics.
Finance Transformation
• Upgrade finance processes and internal controls.
• Maximize the value of the SAP ERP platform.
• Implement best-in-class finance policies and procedures.
• Build scalable reporting capabilities suitable for continued growth.
Strategic Finance
• Support acquisition opportunities from financial due diligence through post-merger integration.
• Evaluate capital allocation decisions.
• Support banking relationships and financing activities.
• Participate in strategic planning and long-term value creation initiatives.
Required Experience
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Previous experience as CFO or Deputy CFO of a medium-to-large organization.
• Demonstrated experience leading an IPO or preparing a company for listing.
• Experience managing finance teams of at least 30 professionals.
• Experience within GCC markets.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of IFRS.
• Experience working with Big Four auditors.
• Experience managing finance transformation projects.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Experience in budgeting, FP&A, treasury, financial control, tax, and reporting.
