We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team in the Hospitality and F&B sectors. The CFO will lead all financial operations, strategic planning, and investor relations, driving the company's financial growth and sustainability while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals in hospitality and real estate development
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Provide leadership and direction to finance, accounting, and treasury teams
- Manage capital structure, funding, and investor relations
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance
- Lead risk management and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with other executives to drive business development and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in financial management within hospitality, F&B, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting
- Proven track record in managing large-scale financial operations, investor relations, and capital raising
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and interpersonal skills
