Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis for a Patient Services Manager. The role involves overseeing patient care services, including providing support to ensure quality patient care and a positive experience for all individuals. Responsibilities include managing direct patient care, training staff, coordinating schedules, addressing patient concerns, and implementing care protocols that align with clinic standards and goals. The manager will work closely with medical and administrative teams to uphold the highest level of patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Patient Care, Quality Patient Care, and Direct Patient Care
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Familiarity with healthcare management and clinic operations is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
