Our client is a high-growth B2B technology business headquartered in Dubai, serving large corporate customers across international markets.

The business has reached an exciting stage of its development and is looking to appoint a commercially focused, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team and help shape its next phase of growth.

The organisation operates within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is focused on continued growth, improving profitability and further developing its financial and operational infrastructure.

Role

Reporting into the CEO and working closely with the Board and shareholders, the CFO will take overall responsibility for the financial leadership and strategy of the business.

The role will include:

• Developing and executing the company's financial strategy in line with its growth objectives

• Leading FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and long-term financial planning

• Managing overall financial performance and driving improvements in profitability

• Strengthening financial controls, reporting and operational efficiencies

• Providing strategic financial advice and commercial insight to the CEO and leadership team

• Leading future equity and debt fundraising initiatives, including financial modelling and long-term forecasting

• Managing relationships with shareholders, investors, banks, auditors and other key stakeholders

• Preparing and presenting financial performance, projections and strategic initiatives to the Board

• Supporting potential M&A activity and due diligence processes

• Partnering with sales and commercial teams around revenue growth, pricing and margin optimisation

• Ensuring high-quality financial reporting in accordance with IFRS

Candidate

We are looking for a commercially minded finance leader who combines strong technical capability with the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

The successful candidate should ideally demonstrate:

• 5–10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within SaaS, technology or a product-led business

• Strong experience across FP&A, forecasting, P&L management and commercial finance

• A proven track record of raising capital and managing investor relationships

• Experience working closely with CEOs, Boards and shareholders

• Exposure to M&A transactions and due diligence processes

• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability

• Good knowledge and practical experience of IFRS

• A recognised professional accounting qualification

• Strong leadership and team management experience

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• The ability to translate complex financial information into clear commercial recommendations

• A hands-on, adaptable approach and the ability to operate effectively within a rapidly growing business
