Scope: Multi­entity group (Development, Contracting, Consultancy, Investments)

Role Purpose

To act as the financial brain and strategic partner of the Group, driving profitability, cash flow optimization,

investment decisions, and financial governance & audit control. This is a business leadership role, not a traditional accounting function.

1. Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute Group financial strategy aligned with business expansion

• Lead investment analysis for real estate projects, acquisitions, and partnerships

• Structure deals, partnerships, and financing models

• Advise leadership on ROI, IRR, risk exposure, and capital allocation

2. Cash Flow & Capital Management

• Maintain full control over Group cash flow across all entities

• Design and monitor project­level cash flow strategies

• Manage banking relationships, debt structuring, and investor funding

• Ensure continuous liquidity visibility and risk mitigation

3. Project & Real Estate Finance

• Evaluate feasibility of development projects and investments

• Build financial models and cost­revenue structures

• Monitor project profitability, payment cycles, and contractor financial risks

4. Group Financial Control & Reporting

• Oversee consolidated financial statements across all entities

• Establish real­time reporting systems and dashboards

• Provide weekly financial reports covering cash position, exposure, and profitability

5. Audit, Governance & Compliance

• Lead internal audit function across all group companies

• Establish strong internal controls and fraud prevention systems

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT regulations, and local laws

• Manage external auditors and ensure reporting integrity

6. Systems & Process Transformation

• Implement and optimize ERP systems and financial automation tools

• Standardize financial processes across all entities

7. Leadership & Team Building

• Build and lead finance teams across all group companies

• Upgrade team capability from accounting­focused to analytical finance
