About the Role
A high-growth deep-tech organisation is seeking an experienced CFO to build and lead its financial function across both fiat and digital-asset environments. The company is entering a Seed raise and scaling from a founder-led structure into a formal operational organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, treasury, financial modelling, and runway management
- Manage both fiat and token-based treasury structures
- Lead financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions
- Build compliance frameworks, audit readiness, and investor reporting
- Support fundraising, board materials, and investor due diligence
- Design scalable financial processes ahead of rapid organisational growth
Requirements
- Prior experience as CFO or senior finance lead in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of Web3, token economics, and digital-asset accounting
- Experience operating across international regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional financial modelling and reporting discipline
- Comfortable building processes from scratch in a lean environment
