Role Description

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Badr City. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing financial strategy, planning, and management to support the company's growth and success. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and analyzing financial statements, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights. You will work closely with the executive team to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for financial improvement and expansion.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance.
  • Proven experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
