Chief Financial Officer

We are currently assisting our client in Kuwait to recruit a highly qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team and play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy and growth.

About the Role

This position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader. In addition to driving the financial strategy, the CFO will be directly involved in the detailed oversight and review of the company's books, financial statements, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strong financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting functions.

• Manage treasury, cash flow, capital allocation, and financial performance.

• Conduct hands-on review of the company's books, financial systems, and reporting.

• Oversee banking relationships, financing arrangements, and investment decisions.

• Ensure the financial reliability of the organization and strengthen governance.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team and financial systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in senior finance roles.

• Strong background in corporate finance, accounting, or investment.

• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA, ACCA) are preferred.

• Proven experience in both strategic planning and hands-on financial management.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
