Job Description
- Review reports generated from the approved Assets and Properties Management System to ensure their accuracy.
- Participate with the Director of Corporate Support in developing and updating policies and procedures related to asset and property management.
- Support the Unit Head with the required data for preparing the appropriate budget for requested assets.
- Audit and verify the execution of asset issuance and disposal requests electronically for employees, based on approved requests in the adopted electronic system.
- Organize and oversee the work of the Assets and Properties Management staff according to the work plan and operational requirements.
- Propose corrective and technical measures aimed at improving the performance of the Assets and Properties Management function.
- Audit quarterly and annual inventory processes for materials, medical and non-medical equipment, and devices.
- Review and verify the entry of inventory results into the adopted electronic system.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the direct supervisor regarding the Unit's workflow and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (no experience required).
- Diploma degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Assets and Properties Management.
- High School Certificate with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Assets and Properties Management.
