Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief GRC to lead the organization's Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance functions in the Saudi market. The role plays a critical part in strengthening corporate governance, managing enterprise risks, and ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulations and applicable international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement the enterprise-wide GRC framework.
- Oversee strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and regulatory authorities.
- Advise executive management and the Board on governance and risk matters.
- Develop and monitor internal controls, policies, and compliance programs.
- Promote a strong governance and risk-aware culture across the organization.
Qualifications, Certifications & Experience:
- 1015 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as: CRISC , CGEIT , CISA ,CIA , ISO 31000 / ISO 37301.
- MBA or CFA is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
