Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation, development, and implementation of the HR department.
- Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee HR policies, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Drive transformational initiatives to enhance company culture and structure.
- Promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and act as a strategic advisor.

Requirements:
- University Degree with postgraduate studies
- Candidates must be familiar with local business practices and culture.
- 15+ years in HR, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience managing organizations with thousands of employees.
- Oil and gas industry experience valued.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dhahran.
- Strong leadership and transformational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
