Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained on a confidential search for a Chief Human Resources Officer with a large and established Singapore-headquartered listed organisation.

Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Board and senior leadership team, the CHRO will be based in Singapore and serve as a key member of the executive committee. This individual will be responsible for leading the organisation's people and culture strategy, ensuring that the workforce, leadership capability, and organisational structure are aligned to support both current operational requirements and future growth ambitions.

The organisation is entering an important phase of transformation and capability building. As a result, the CHRO will play a pivotal role in shaping a modern and future-ready HR function while balancing the needs of a large operational workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide initiatives across organisational development, leadership and succession planning, workforce transformation, employee engagement, talent acquisition, learning and development, industrial and employee relations, total rewards, and HR governance.

A key focus of the role will be partnering business leaders to strengthen organisational effectiveness and build leadership capability across the organisation. The CHRO will be expected to drive culture and engagement initiatives, enhance workforce productivity and implement people practices that improve talent attraction, retention, and performance.

This is a highly strategic and influential mandate that requires a commercially minded HR leader capable of operating within a complex and multi-stakeholder environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board, providing insights and recommendations on people-related matters while ensuring HR initiatives support broader organisational objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring significant HR leadership experience gained within large-scale and operationally intensive organisations. A proven track record of leading transformation, managing complex employee relations environments and partnering closely with executive leadership teams will be essential. Candidates should possess strong commercial acumen, outstanding stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

This represents a rare opportunity to lead the people agenda for a high-profile organisation while contributing meaningfully to its long-term success, transformation, and organisational impact.
