Location: Dubai with frequent international interaction

Mandate: We are hiring a commercially minded HR leader who can build a high-performance organization, enforce accountability, and professionalize HR without slowing down decision-making.

Ideal candidate profile

• 10+years senior HR leadership experience
• Background in shipping, trading, commodities, energy, infrastructure, or PE-backed businesses
• Experience managing multi-country workforces and compliance
• Comfortable working with strong founders and demanding CEOs
• Proven track record handling tough performance decisions

• Policy-heavy or employee relations only HR profiles
• Career MNC HR professionals dependent on matrix protection
