Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Emirati with family book to take charge of the HR function, shaping the organization's people strategy and leading the development of a high-performing HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions: payroll, recruitment, talent management, training & development, and administration.
- Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing HR team.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Serve as a key member of the executive committee, advising on people and organizational strategy.
- Oversee performance management, compensation, and reward frameworks.
Candidate Profile:
- UAE National with executive presence and strategic HR leadership experience.
- 1015 years of HR experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
- Experience in HR transformation or scaling HR functions is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
