The Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Giga-Project Development is a pivotal C-suite role responsible for driving the strategic investment portfolio of the organization to ensure the successful planning, execution, and management of large-scale, high-complexity projects. This executive will lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of investment opportunities that align with the organization's vision, strategic goals, and fiscal objectives. Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in investment management, project financing, or related fields, specifically in the context of large-scale infrastructure or Giga-projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading multi-million dollar investment initiatives from conception through to execution, demonstrating financial acumen and strategic agility.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, risk analysis, and performance evaluation for high-capital projects, with demonstrated ability to optimize investment returns.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills with experience gauging and interpreting market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing a diverse team of investment professionals and collaborating across business units, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Robust negotiation and influencing skills with hands-on experience engaging with key stakeholders, including board members, government entities, and international investors.
  • Advanced understanding of fiscal policy, economic development strategies, and environmental sustainability practices related to large-scale investments.
