Our client, a highly ambitious, well-capitalised investment platform in Saudi Arabia building next-generation, portfolio of technology products.
This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and lead end-to-end capital raising and investor partnerships for a portfolio of transformative projects.
The Role
You will take full ownership of capital formation strategy and execution, acting as the bridge between the business and global investors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading fundraising across equity, debt, and structured capital
- Building and managing relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and institutional investors
- Owning the investment narrative, pitch materials, and investor communications
- Running due diligence processes and data rooms end-to-end
- Advising leadership on capital strategy, structuring, and timing of raises

What We're Looking For
- 10–15+ years in investment banking, private equity, technology funds, or capital advisory
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital (not just supporting)
- Strong, active network across institutional investors, SWFs, and family offices
- Experience in technology, venture funds or alternative assets
- Ability to combine financial rigour with compelling storytelling
