We are seeking an experienced Chief Land Surveyor to lead all surveying activities for an exclusive luxury villa development. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality in setting out, levels, and boundary control, in line with premium design standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all surveying works for luxury villa construction
- Ensure precise setting out of villas, roads, utilities, landscaping, and external works
- Review survey data, drawings, and as-built records for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Consultants
- Supervise, train, and mentor site survey teams
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations
- Resolve surveying discrepancies and site coordination issues
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in land surveying, with luxury residential or villa project experience mandatory
- Minimum 5 years in a senior or lead surveying role
- Strong experience in setting out villas, plot boundaries, and high-end finishes
- Must be in UAE and preferably immediate joiner.
