Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer | AI-native HR Tech | Remote

I'm looking for a growth-minded marketer to join as Co-founder and CMO of an AI-native HR Tech company. HQ in Dubai, but fully Remote. You do not need to be in Dubai.

Where we are: already revenue generating, fully funded at pre-seed, 7.5x growth in two years, mobile app live on iOS and Android, and backed by Google alumni among other investors. Web interface underway, launching in October. The product is almost finished. This is the point to buy in, before the next stage of the platform lands and before the next raise.

The terms, upfront:

Minimum investment of USD 50,000 to join
Sweat equity on top of your founder equity, for the work you put in
No salary in year 1 - flexible to change this for the right person.
A co-founder seat as shareholder and officer, not an employee

We connect companies with vetted independent recruiters and senior professionals, with a focus on startups and scale-ups in the GCC and MENA and clients around the world. Human expertise plus AI, on one platform.

What you will own

Brand, positioning and messaging for three audiences: companies, recruiters and senior professionals
Demand generation: LinkedIn, SEO and AI search, content, paid and email
Growing both sides of a marketplace and keeping it balanced
Community, events and membership growth
Funnel analytics, CAC and conversion, working closely with sales
Hiring and managing a growth marketer and freelancers

Who you are

A marketing leader with B2B or marketplace experience. HR Tech, staffing or SaaS is ideal
Has built pipeline from scratch, not just run a brand
Data-led and hands-on, happy to write, build and test yourself
Entrepreneurial, and comfortable with no salary in year 1
Able and willing to invest USD 50,000 or more
Remote-friendly, ideally in a time zone between the UK and Singapore
