Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Mechanic or Senior Mechanic in the industrial, marine, or onshore mechanical field.
- Education:High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical/Vocational certification in Mechanical Technology is highly preferred).
- Core Mechanical Expertise: Strong, verifiable knowledge of diesel engine repair and maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
- Safety Certifications (Mandatory):
- First Aid and CPR certified.
- H₂S (Hydrogen Sulfide) certified.
- Valid offshore survival certification (e.g., BOSIET/FOET, HUET).
- Offshore Medical Certificate.
- Language:Fluent in English, spoken and written, for communication, technical reporting, and procedural understanding.
- Skills: Ability to read and interpret mechanical and hydraulic schematics. Strong leadership and team-coordination skills.
