Job summary:

The Chief of AI Staff works directly with the CEO to support his day-to-day work through effective use of AI. This role focuses on productivity using AI and decision support acting as the CEO's dedicated AI partner

Key responsibilities:

Designing, deploying, and managing AI agents that support the CEO's daily work, including research, synthesis, analysis, and decision support.

Leveraging AI to accelerate decision-making by summarizing complex information, generating insights, running scenario analyses, and stress-testing strategic ideas.

Creating, customizing, and maintaining AI-driven workflows tailored specifically to the CEO's priorities, working style, and evolving needs.

Rapidly prototyping AI-assisted outputs such as executive briefs, memos, presentations, board materials, and talking points with high speed and quality.

Exploring, testing, and recommending AI tools, copilots, and techniques that measurably improve the CEO's productivity, focus, and effectiveness.

Acting as a trusted thought partner to the CEO on AI-enabled ways of working, proactively identifying opportunities where AI can enhance leadership, strategy, and execution.

Translating complex data, analysis, and AI-generated outputs into clear, concise, executive-ready communication

Ensuring responsible, secure, and confidential use of AI tools when handling sensitive information.

Continuously improving AI systems and workflows based on feedback, outcomes, and emerging best practices.

Requirements:

  • MBA holder, with 3-5 years of applied experience integrating AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into high-scale digital ecosystems (e.g., copilots, AI agents, automation frameworks, enterprise workflows)
  • Proven track record of shipping AI-enabled productivity solutions that materially improved executive decision-making, operational velocity, or product strategy
  • Deep fluency in AI tooling, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI workflow optimization within fast-moving, technology-driven organizations
  • Strong ability to translate technical AI capabilities into strategic business leverage, influencing product roadmaps, operational models, or growth initiatives
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, capable of distilling complex data and ambiguity into sharp, board-ready insights
  • Comfortable operating in hyper-growth, ambiguous environments with rapid iteration cycles and evolving priorities
  • High ownership mindset independently identifying opportunities, challenging thinking, and proactively driving outcomes
  • Trusted partner to senior leadership with strong discretion and judgment in high-visibility, high-impact initiatives
