The Opportunity
We seek a highly capable, energetic, and commercially minded Chief of Staff / Business Analyst to work directly with the CEO, Chief Commercial Officer, and wider executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives across the business
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and board materials
- Analyse pipeline, pricing, KPIs, and market opportunities
- Build financial models and business cases
- Coordinate across product, engineering, sales, finance, and implementation
- Lead special projects and ensure follow-through on priorities
Skills
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years in consulting, banking, private equity, strategy, operations, or startup roles
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent PowerPoint and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong ownership mentality
- Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
