Role Description The Chief of Staff is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, supporting the executive leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. This role oversees key projects, coordinates cross-functional collaboration, and ensures alignment between leadership priorities and day-to-day execution. Responsibilities include preparing executive briefs, reviewing business performance metrics, streamlining communication between departments, and managing follow-up on decisions and action items. The Chief of Staff will also support strategic planning processes, assist with stakeholder management, and help identify and mitigate operational risks. This position requires close partnership with senior leaders to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows, and foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong strategic planning, business analysis, and problem-solving skills to support executive decision-making and long-term initiatives.
  • Experience in project management, including setting priorities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving timely completion of complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear executive briefs, presentations, and reports, and to facilitate effective internal communication.
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, including building trust, influencing without formal authority, and managing confidential information.
  • Background in operations, management consulting, or a similar analytical leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, luxury goods, or engineering-focused organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt and collaborate closely with executive leadership and operational teams.
