This role exists to enhance executive effectiveness by managing information flow, resolving cross-functional issues, and ensuring that priorities are advanced efficiently and consistently. The Chief of Staff to CEO operates as a trusted extension of the CEO, enabling high-impact initiatives to progress without distraction or delay.
The position requires strong judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate confidently across diverse topics and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExecutive Support & Information ManagementOversee inbound communications and ensure matters are appropriately assessed, prioritized, and directed
Provide the CEO with structured, concise context on issues requiring input or decision
Draft responses and communications aligned with executive intent and tone
Maintain visibility across ongoing discussions and ensure continuity where required
Cross-Functional Issue Resolution
Identify, coordinate, and resolve operational or commercial issues across teams
Clarify ownership, expectations, and deadlines to prevent unnecessary escalation
Work directly with department leads to progress initiatives efficiently
Surface risks, blockers, or gaps early with clear recommendations
Priority & Initiative Oversight
Track high-priority initiatives and ensure forward momentum
Maintain structured action logs and follow-through discipline
Ensure commitments made at leadership level are delivered
Support planning and sequencing of strategic initiatives
Executive Representation & Stakeholder Alignment
Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Reinforce standards, timelines, and expectations across teams
Provide professional pushback where alignment or focus is required
Represent leadership priorities accurately and consistently
Organizational Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in communication or workflow and recommend improvements
Support the development of clearer reporting and decision-making processes
Contribute to a culture of accountability and execution discipline
Adapt rapidly as business priorities evolve

REQUIRED:
37 years experience in strategy, operations, consulting, executive support, or similar roles
Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders
Strong organizational judgment and prioritization capability
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Experience operating in fast-paced or evolving environments

Exposure to cross-border or multi-brand business structures
