Overview
DEXICONN builds infrastructure for device-backed financing.
We connect devices, software, distribution, and financial partners into a unified execution system, where device usage is controlled based on predefined credit terms linked to payment behavior.
We are building a capital-light, scalable infrastructure layer across markets, partners, and portfolios. We are looking for a COO who can build and execute this system end-to-end.
Role Objective
Build, launch, and scale the full operational system of DEXICONN:
from device production and distribution
to activation, control, repayment, and partner integration
This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Build (Core Priority)
Design and implement the full execution model:
Translate strategy into operational system and processes
Define and implement MVP (POC) and go-live model
2. Partner Model
Build and launch operational models with:
Define onboarding, integration, and accountability structure
Ensure partners operate within system rules
3. Device Control & Operations
Implement lock/unlock logic and enforcement processes
Define rules for:
Ensure full control via the platform (no manual processes)
4. Commercial Execution
Own operational side of:
Ensure:
5. KPI & Performance Management
Define and implement a KPI system:
Introduce daily/weekly execution tracking
Ensure accountability across all teams
6. Scaling Across Markets
Build a repeatable model for new country launches
Standardize processes across markets
Maintain control while scaling
What You Must Have Done
Built and launched a product/business from scratch
Managed cross-functional operations (product + ops + commercial)
Worked in:
fintech/lending/BNPL
OR device financing/asset-backed models
OR telecom/distribution ecosystems
Proven ownership of:
execution
results
P&L or equivalent responsibility
Key Skills
Strong system thinking (not task-based execution)
Ability to operate under uncertainty
Deep understanding of:

Experience in emerging markets (Africa, Asia)

What This Role Is NOT
Not a corporate COO managing an existing structure
Not a strategy-only role
Not a pure operations manager
This is a build-from-zero execution role.
Success Criteria (First 6–12 Months)
Defined and implemented a full execution model
Launched POC and first market
Established working partner integrations
Built operational control system (device + payments)
Achieved first scalable unit economics

About Compensation:
Dubai-based role
50/50 salary + KPI
$15k–30k+ total monthly
Equity (performance-based, over time)
Housing + Medical + Relocation
