Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Requirements:

* Proven senior leadership experience in the construction industry, with a strong track record in company governance and operational management.

* Previous experience in leading major construction companies (experience in organizations such as Orascom or other large-scale construction firms is highly preferred).

* Extensive industry network and resources, with the ability to bring in large-scale projects (e.g., roads, bridges, infrastructure works).

* Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and business strategy within the construction sector.

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
