Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficient service delivery and team performance
- Define and implement scalable processes, systems, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, product, finance, and other business units
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Establish and monitor KPIs, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement
- Design and implement systems for quality assurance, compliance, and risk management
- Oversee budgeting, cost optimization, procurement, and vendor management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, preferably in high-growth environments
- Proven experience in building and leading teams and delivering operational results at scale
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and KPI management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong systems-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Strong personal competencies including strategic thinking, accountability, and resilience
