Job Description

We are hiring a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and scale end-to-end operations. In this role, you will drive operational strategy, optimize processes, and ensure high-performance execution across all functions. You will work closely with the executive team to translate vision into measurable outcomes and sustainable growth. This position plays a critical role in building systems, teams, and data-driven practices that enable operational excellence at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficient service delivery and team performance
  • Define and implement scalable processes, systems, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, product, finance, and other business units
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Design and implement systems for quality assurance, compliance, and risk management
  • Oversee budgeting, cost optimization, procurement, and vendor management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Proven experience in building and leading teams and delivering operational results at scale
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and KPI management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong systems-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
  • Strong personal competencies including strategic thinking, accountability, and resilience
